You have two easy ways to check on your order:

Once your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link — just click it to see your delivery status, no login required.
2. Check your account order history
If you created an account when you ordered, you can log in anytime to see the status of every order you've placed with us.
Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship — if it's been longer than that, or you can't find your tracking email, reach out to us at support@fishtailglobal.com and we'll help track it down.
